I dont know my password or login details. What can I do?

As web developer I can not supply user details and passwords or set up new accounts.  

Every leader should have been advised of their user name and password by the Norfolk Scouts before 1st March 2009. If you have not received yours please put a request through to Norfolk Scouts HQ.

Explain you have not received your Acorn Award login details. Provide the following:

Only pack leaders can have an account, you can not request passwords for other packs, ask their leader to contact HQ themselves.

Your full name and Email address
Contact telephone number
Your pack name
Your pack type e.g cubs

possible problem admin 07-05-2009 22:14:57 I have just noticed the site does seem to be bouncing users out after logging in. This system problem is being looked into. Please be patient. Alan Todd

does not always work 1sthovetonandwroxham1bv 06-05-2009 00:13:51 It is hard enough work updating this site without it failing to update properly and losing everything you have just typed. I am giving up for now I am so cross with it. This is proving to be a huge waste of my time which would be more meaningfully spent doing some Scouting
